Ingredients
- 320 g of pasta
- 1/2 onion
- 200 g of ricotta or cream cheese
- 120 g of boiled Mortadella luxury sausage
- Spices and herbs to taste
Cooking Instructions
- Boil water for the pasta.
- Slice the Mortadella into thin strips, then cut into small pieces.
- Dice the onion and sauté until golden.
- Once golden, add the Mortadella to the pan.
- Sauté together until a golden hue is achieved.
- Introduce the ricotta cheese and water from the boiling pasta.
- Stir thoroughly until the cheese dissolves.
- When the pasta is cooked but still al dente, drain it into the pan with the sauce, add 1 tablespoon of cooking water, toss the pasta in the pan, and remove from heat.
If desired, before serving, embellish with a sprinkle of roasted pistachios or fresh herbs.
